Roman Wall Discovery
24th October 2024
Something incredible happened during the construction of our new office—builders stumbled across a piece of Roman history! A segment of what’s believed to be an ancient Roman canal wall was uncovered, along with some pottery fragments that have been buried for centuries.
The wall is thought to have been part of a canal system, showcasing the impressive engineering skills of the Romans. The pottery gives us a glimpse into the lives of people who lived here thousands of years ago, and it’s pretty amazing to think about the history beneath our feet.
